SC democrats overwhelmingly support Hillary Clinton, Winthrop Poll
At last, Bernie Sanders is going after Hillary Clinton’s worst flaw – her character.

Now, Sanders appears to be trying to correct that record.
“You get 12 seconds to say these things”, Sanders tells the Wall Street Journal. “The middle class and working class in this country have a right to be angry, working longer hours for lower wages while nearly all the wealth is going to the top”.
“Let me say something that may not be great politics”.
Bernie Sanders told The Wall Street Journal in an article published Wednesday that there are “valid questions” about Hillary Clinton’s emails and that the investigation should “proceed unimpeded”.
“I didn’t pay attention to them two months ago” when she trailed Sanders 41 percent to 40 percent in Iowa “and I’m not paying attention to them now”, Clinton said Tuesday after a rally in Coralville.
Clinton has also gotten more aggressive in recent weeks, criticizing Sanders for his past support of a few pro-gun measures and implicitly accusing him of being sexist because of his comments at the debate that “all the shouting in the world” wouldn’t get anything accomplished on gun control.
She said she wanted to build a national movement to counter the influence of the National Rifle Association, the leading US gun rights advocacy group. And yes, Sanders thinks the federal investigation is appropriate.
Now, Sanders says, he still needs to acquaint millions more voters with his view of the nation, its economy and its future.
Clinton went on to rack up several wins after the inaugural debate, including coming out on top at the end of an 11-hour appearance before the House Select Committee on Benghazi and receiving endorsements from a slew of congressional lawmakers and major unions, including AFSCME.
But that was a reversal of sorts from what he said in last month’s Democratic presidential debate.
Much of his effort will focus on attracting minority supporters, beginning this current weekend with events with black voters in SC & Hispanics in Nevada. “We have differences of opinions on the issues and the American people are entitled to know what those significant differences are”, said Sanders. Only 29 percent said yes about Sanders, with 9 percent for O’Malley.
“I think we can manage it, and I don’t think there should be any unintended consequences to job creation”, Clinton said at another campaign stop at Grinnell College. The NRA spent more than $28 million in the 2014 election cycle, promoting candidates who oppose gun restrictions and against those who favor them.

Compare all this to where Clinton stands on guns today – she recently even said we should take a look at Australian-style mandatory gun confiscation.
