Bradford led them on touchdown drives on their first two possessions with a safety sandwiched in between, giving Philadelphia more points (16) in the first quarter against the Dolphins than it had in the first quarter of their first eight games combined (10). Murray and Ryan Mathews also saw carries on the drive, with Mathews punching the ball into the endzone on a one-yard run. The Dolphins went into Buffalo last week, in another divisional matchup.
Philadelphia and Miami have met 13 times, with the Dolphins holding a 7-6 advantage. The ball flies through the air and looks as though it might be intercepted, but the Eagles can’t locate the ball and Landry brings it down for the TD. Nearly anyone could have caught the floating ball, and eventually it landed in Jarvis’ arms in the end zone with 14:55 left to play.
And Sanchez, in his first action of the year, made a critical mistake late in the fourth quarter when the Eagles, trailing by one point, had the ball on the Miami 9-yard line.
Foles was also replaced by Sanchez in that game.

Miami is -4 in the turnover ratio, but if they can get pressure on Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford, the Dolphins should have a few opportunities.

He gets upfield, come underneath them, that’s what happened.
Oh, and did I mention they were without their leading pass rusher (Cameron Wake) and two of their starting defensive backs. He missed the 2013 season after getting injured in the fourth quarter of a preseason game. Murray then got the carry and ran for three hard yards to move the chains on second and one.
Caleb Sturgis made a 37-yard field goal to get Philadelphia within 20-19, but he didn’t get a chance to try another to beat his former team. The Dolphins punted to the Eagles but the defense stood talland stopped them from entering field goal position.
The Dolphins lost two starters on defense during the game when linebacker Jelani Jenkins and cornerback Brice McCain left the game with ankle and knee injuries, respectively. He had just 71 yards receiving all season coming into the game.

“When we arrived last night, he was not feeling well”, Campbell said. “I was thinking one thing and he was thinking another so I put the ball where I was thinking he was going and it didn’t pan out very well”.
