Police investigate death of New Haven man found in Bethany
State police are investigating an untimely death in Bethany that occurred early Sunday.

Detectives have positively identified the dead man as Joel R. Suero, 27, of Whalley Avenue in New Haven.
The medical examiner’s office will be performing an autopsy to determine the cause of death and confirm the man’s identity.
Trooper First Class Kelly Grant said detectives from the Central District Major Crime are investigating an untimely death on Wooding Hill Road. Troop I of the state police is headquartered in Bethany.
They say after searching the area, no other victims were found.
