Flags to be flown at half-staff to honor Paris attack victims
Americans want lower taxes and more government spending both at once, although support for spending more tax dollars on health care has dropped dramatically.

The proclamation is in conjunction with President Barack Obama’s proclamation on Sunday that flags be flown at half-staff at the White House as well as all public buildings and grounds and military installations.

Governor Steve Beshear has ordered flags at all state office buildings to be lowered to half-staff starting Monday, November 16, through sunset on Thursday, November 19, in honor of the victims of last week’s attack in Paris, France.
