Fox Making Movie On Supreme Court Marriage Equality Ruling

Hollywood, American television, and much of the rest of pop culture has embraced the gay rights agenda for decades.

After his lawsuit progressed, Mr Obergefell eventually became the lead plaintiff in the Supreme Court action that led to the landmark ruling.

And I know, I know, there’s a difference between Fox the movie studio and Fox News, but I just think it’s amusing that this is the same corporation that employs a woman whose immediate on-air response to the SCOTUS ruling was to engage in a serious conversation about how same-sex marriage legalization means that polygamy is legal now too (it’s not, in case you’re wondering). His lawyer, Al Gerhardstein, also sold life rights to Fox. The case, which ultimately reached the Supreme Court, forced jurisdictions nationwide to fully recognize, perform, and legalize same-sex marriages. Both producers credited for hit films “Twilight” and ‘The Fault in Our Stars.’.

Godfrey explained their reasoning to bring the story to life (as if he needed to!), by stating, “It’s a transcendent love story about someone who goes to such a length for love that he ends up changing the world”.

Don’t expect to see it all that soon, as it’s very early days and it’s not expected to be in cinemas for at least two years. Fox 2000 will next work to find a screenwriter to collaborate with Mr. Obergefell and Ms. Cenziper. Obergefell had married his partner, the late John Arthur, in Maryland in 2013, only to see their home state Ohio refuse the marriage, so Obergefell sued.
