Paris attacks: Manchester Airport says flights are operating normally
Nov 14 USA airlines said flights between the US and Paris were operating close to normally on Saturday, after explosions and shooting attacks in the French capital caused delays and one cancellation on Friday.

According to the latest TV reports, 8 terrorists were killed in the Friday attacks, a lot of them died after detonating explosive-laden belts.
Since there are no direct flights to France from here, no flights from Hawaii airports are affected.
In the French capital, with attractions from street markets to Disneyland Paris closed after the attacks, thousands of tourists scrambled for seats on trains and planes out of a city in lockdown.
They also say travellers should notify the local Canadian embassy in the country they are visiting.
Delta spokesman Anthony Black says flights to and from Paris were full.
“We expect our Paris operation to be routine”.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan said officials in Paris and Dublin had been working through the night to monitor the situation and provide consular assistance.
“In organising overseas learning journeys, safety and security are of paramount importance”, said the spokesman.
“The Port Authority police are on heightened alert at all of the agency’s bridge, tunnel, rail, World Trade Center and other facilities following today’s tragic attacks in Paris”, Buccino said.
“We must therefore continue to build up our social resilience”, he said.
“Currently, the Charles de Gaulle worldwide airport is open, but we are suspending our flights to Paris until we have sufficient information”, airline’s representative Joshua Frid said.
Only flights at Orly global airport in Paris, the smaller of the city’s two airports, have reportedly been suspended apparently due to a breakdown of a computer program that provides weather and visibility updates to pilots.
Flights to and from Paris are not expected to be cancelled.
Several airlines on Saturday were offering to rebook passengers for later travel if they chose to postpone traveling to Paris.

Air France flight AF351, which is set to depart at 6:45 p.m. ET. But they recognize that a few people may want to reschedule their trips, so they have announced policies to accommodate them.
