Clemson supplants Ohio State as No. 1 in coaches poll
Clemson moved to 10-0 on the season with a 37-27 road win over the Syracuse Orange on Saturday. Ohio State takes a 23-game winning streak into this Saturday’s game against MI State in Columbus, and closes the regular season November 28 at rival MI.

LSU dropped eight places to No. 17 in the latest Amway coaches top 25 college football poll released Sunday.
Three of the Playoff’s top-10 teams fell over the weekend in No. 6 Baylor, to Oklahoma, No. 9 LSU, to Arkansas, and No. 10 Utah, to Arizona.
The No. 14 Houston Cougars are the lowest rated undefeated team in the Coaches Poll. Currently, the Buckeyes have 32 first place votes.
Three Pac-12 teams with three losses each entered the top 25, with USC at No. 22, OR back in the rankings at No. 23, and Washington State at No. 24. Notre Dame is No. 5 and unbeaten Iowa moved up two spots to No. 6.
