Gabriella Doolin’s mother reported her missing at around 7 p.m. Saturday night, November 14, while at a football game in Allen County.

A search “began immediately”, the state police said Sunday, and 25 minutes later her body was found.
“It came over the intercom the third time and they shut it down”, said family friend Mike Willoughby, via WSMV.
Her body was found in a creek behind the high school, and authorities have not released autopsy results or details of the investigation. However, the Allen County Coroner has not revealed the cause of her death.
Her father said he’s grateful for the support and hopeful for an arrest.
Doolin, a beloved auto salesman in Bowling Green, often shared many online pictures of his attractive family-now shattered by senseless tragedy. “I’d love to hold just one more time, just hold her tight”, he said.
But for now, she just wants everyone to keep her family and her country in their prayers.
Her killer has not been found, but Allen County Schools Superintendent Randall Jackson promises a safe and nurturing environment as students return to class.
On Sunday night, a few hundred people gathered at Scottsville’s town square to remember the elementary school student.
The police now do not have any suspects in custody nor unfortunately, do they have any leads as to who killed the 7-year-old, though according to Newser a tip did lead them to searching a property in Allan County yesterday.

“We have a special bond in our community and it’s been rocked to its core”, he said.
