Thirty percent of the semifinalists for the 2015 Biletnikoff Award are from the Big 12 after it was announced by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation that players from the Oklahoma Sooners, TCU Horned Frogs and Baylor Bears made the ten person semifinalist list.

Sharpe is Massachusetts’ all-time leader in single-game receptions (15; October 3 vs. FIU), single-season receptions (99; 2015), career receptions (265) and career receiving yards (3,267). Last season, three Cougars were named to the watch list including Cracraft, Mayle and Isiah Myers.

Here are the semifinalists for the award. He’s only the second receiver in school history to record 1,000 receiving yards in a season and is on pace to break Shay Hodge’s school record for yards in a season (1,135 in 2009) and Chris Collins’ record for catches in a season (77 in 2003). The Venice, Calif. native is coming off a record-breaking performance in the win at No. 18 UCLA, catching 12 passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns including the go-ahead 21-yard score with three seconds remaining.

Finalists will be announced November 24, and the victor will be announced December 10. In 2013, Biletnikoff Award victor Brandin Cooks’ one vote margin of victory was the result of his winning the FanVote tally.

The next step in the award process is a fan vote that will help determine the top three finalists.
