The Northern Line station was evacuated and closed at 1:30pm by a large quantity of police officers, reports the Evening Standard.

Shocked commuters watched on in horror as the officers swooped into the station.
But a spokesman for Transport for London said police stopped the train, searched for a person with a knife but could not find him and left.
The Metropolitan Police said the police presence around Tooting Broadway station was due to reports of a man threatening people on a train, according to NBC News journalist Alexander Smith.
Witnesses took pictures from the scene and posted them on Twitter.
One wrote: “It’s so chaotic and fearful everywhere in #London”.
Another said: “Omg Tooting Broadway bit too close to home now #worried”.
‘Armed officers have been stood down, but local officers remain in the area’.
The startling image of the officers running into the station this afternoon and securing the national stadium yesterday show how edgy the United Kingdom is in the wake of horrific terror attacks in Paris.

The alert comes just a day after heavily-armed officers were seen patrolling the streets of London at the England Vs France match at Wembley.
