Kelly Clarkson’s second pregnancy is taking a toll on her.

The American Idol alum announced in August that she and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, are expecting their second child, a baby boy.

Kim Kardashian isn’t the only person having a rough pregnancy.

“I’m familiar with all-day sickness”, the 33-year-old mother of one and step-mother to two said. “I have to get IVs and fluids ’cause I get so dehydrated”.

Kelly also struggled when she was expecting her first child, daughter River Rose, but being aware of the symptoms isn’t making her latest pregnancy any easier. When she started getting emotional about a song, she came clean, telling the crowd, “I’m totally pregnant”. On Wednesday, Clarkson opened up about her relationship with Blackstock – and how he’s nothing like her own father, Stephen Clarkson.

The singer says the tune shows her “vulnerable” side, as she admits that Blackstock pieced her heart “back together” years after her dad broke it. “I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my fantastic fans in Canada and the United Kingdom”, Clarkson said in a statement at the time.

“(He is) the complete opposite of how my father was”, she said.

“I think a lot of people will view that as weakness, but I think it’s a strength to trust someone”, she explains. She added, “He wins for being around”.
