“Yesterday he had the stage all to himself”, O’Donnell said.

“When you hear the description – the cold-blooded nature of the killing, just one by one and by the way, France and Paris is one of the strictest in the world with guns”, Mr. Trump said on CNBC Monday.
“Time-and-time again, the Republican candidates in this field have refused to stand up to Trump and his repulsive policy ideas, and instead have chosen to imitate his antics”, DNC spokesman Eric Walker said Friday.
“Ben Carson was speaking in general terms as to what he would do if confronted with a gunman, and was not criticizing the victims”, Trump said.
“It’s Donald. And he’s an entertaining speaker”.
Mr Trump still either leads or shares the lead among most geographical and demographic groups, including wealthy and middle-income voters, people with and without college degrees, in the south-east, north-east, the upper Mid-West and the American West. But his support only grew stronger after he repeatedly insulted popular Fox News host Megyn Kelly and after he questioned former prisoner of war John McCain’s hero status, saying he preferred people “who weren’t captured”.
During the rally Thursday night in Fort Dodge, Trump said Carson is “an enigma to me”.
A spokesman for Mr Carson declined to comment on Mr Trump’s remarks.
‘Give me a break, ‘ Trump said.
While the performance won’t change her mind about supporting him, she said she’d be relaying her concerns to Trump’s team in Iowa.
At the second GOP debate, everything seemed to have been smoothed over.
Accounts in The Washington Post and Politico portrayed a candidate who appeared to be coming unhinged.
But the performance Trump delivered was far from that.
In addition to Trump’s overly dramatic attitude, he was implying that Carson’s story was in fact not real. “How stupid are people to believe this crap?” He went on to describe his plans for attacking Islamic State-controlled oilfields to choke off revenue.
But Trump seized on Carson’s own words in his autobiography that such episodes were brought on by a “pathological temper”. “We don’t need either as president”, the ad says, after a clip of a younger Carson describing the stabbing incident, and then CNN footage of a man questioning Carson’s story. “That’s what the people of America are concerned about, not so much politics as usual, politics of personal destruction – that’s what the American people are sick and exhausted of”.
Trump also questioned Carson’s tale of redemption, suggesting that the retired doctor simply went “into the bathroom for a couple hours, and comes out, and now he’s religious”. “That’s what’s been going on in our country for years that’s dragging us in the mud”, Carson said in SC.

We thought it might take longer, but Trump now is accusing Iowa voters of being, in essence, losers. Actually, I think they kill you….
