“If you have a declaration of war, you’d better have a budget that backs it up”, said Clinton, who was campaigning in New Hampshire.
Fiorina was also asked about an incident where a man at one of her rallies said President Obama is a Muslim. “But it is not just because she is a woman … the truth is what we have with Hillary Clinton is someone who is by far the most qualified and experienced person we have running for the presidency”.
“She laid off over 40,000 people, and she says she’s a great CEO”, he said.
This is while a 54-percent majority of the survey participants said they have made up their minds on support for the former Clinton. Among the 418 respondents who identified themselves as Democratic Primary voters, Hillary Clinton leads Bernie Sanders by 19 points, 52 to 33 percent. See clip below. Fiorina, the former Hewlettt-Packard CEO, is a 2016 Republican presidential hopeful.
“Every time I see her on TV, I want to reach through and strangle her”, said the man to a few nervous laughs from the crowd.
Conservatives on Twitter quickly blasted Clinton for not condemning the man’s remarks against Fiorina, the only other female major party candidate.
It would be a stretch to interpret Clinton laughing at a joke about strangling a woman as a few sort of tacit endorsement of domestic violence, though had the joke been about her, Clinton and her allies would no doubt attempt it.
It’s clear women just can’t count on Hillary Clinton to stand up for them.

The supporter added, “I can tell when [Fiorina’s] lying because her lips are moving”. John McCain responded that Clinton had “a total lack of appreciation for the crisis facing veterans’ health care” and urged her to apologize. “They need to be fixed and they need to be fixed right now”, Clinton said, speaking at a campaign event.
