Adele’s New Album Won’t Be on Spotify, Pandora
But they were removed quickly when news came out about their illegal release of Adele’s songs. Billboard reports that Columbia has shipped 3.6 million physical copies of the album to be in stores on Friday.

According to NY Times sources, the songstress has decided not to make “25” available to the likes of Spotify and Apple Music at this time. “A spokesman for Adele declined to comment”.
Adele is one of a small number of A-list artists who can make potentially more money by foregoing sites like Spotify and Apple Music.
“She didn’t do it with 21”, says Tyler Goldman, CEO of North America at Deezer, one of the streaming services that won’t have 25 on Friday.
“We love and respect Adele, as do her 24 million fans on Spotify”. Perhaps inspired by Taylor Swift’s move to window her album previous year, and increase the chances of it going platinum. She sold 11.2 million copies of her last album “21” and the first single of “25”, “Hello”, sold 1.1 million copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
It’s unclear if “25” will be available on Apple Music, which does not have a free tier, and now hosts Swift’s music.
Adele isn’t the only huge artist holding music back from streaming.
NEW YORK, United States-Adele has had almost five years to savor the massive success of her last album but, on a release that could be even bigger, she is looking back wistfully on what once had been.
“Hello”, 25’s carrier single, debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in its first day of release.
Adele will not release “25” on Spotify when it comes out tomorrow. A Twitter account that went by the name “25 is coming” had been reportedly tweeting link that leads to Adele’s possiby leaked album “25”.
The move is a big blow for the increasingly prominent crowd of listeners who access a majority of their music via streaming services, echoing similar moves from other big artists – most notably Taylor Swift – who have chose to pull their music from Spotify, and other services in part due to their low royalty payments. Meanwhile, the video for Hello – directed by French Canadian film-maker Xavier Dolan – has been viewed more than 400m times.
