Konami to give PES 2016 owners UEFA Euro 2016 content free
However, according to reports, the move is actually motivated by a few shortcomings of recent content packs that were released for the game, and the studio wants to make it up to their fans.

Konami revealed today that PES 2016 players will get the upcoming UEFA EURO 2016 content for free, making this a very important milestone for the game. Through the press release the publisher recognised that recent months have not been easy for the fans, largely due to various problems with the introduction of Data Packs.
A lot of people were upset over the lack of late summer transfers in the Data Packs and expected to see them soon, but that never happened and this led to a lot of disappointment across the game’s community. Konami’s admission that this would take a month to fix was met with bemusement.
A second patch, Konami said, would not arrive until the end of November. The next Data Pack is scheduled for early December, including the Maracana stadium, more faces, new national team kits, club teams and the player roster which was confirmed on October 19th. I also sincerely hope that issues such as the ones that plagued PES 2016’s launch will be nonexistent starting next year onwards.

While you might moan about having to switch back to Pro Evo after finally getting comfortable calling teams by their proper names on Federation Internationale de Football Association, this might convince you: Konami are making the new Euro 2016 game totally free to anyone who owns PES 2016.
