Phuc, who works at Bank of Australia, wrote: ‘I’ve been accused of using a false and misleading name, which I find very offensive’.
He ends his post with “Is it because I’m Asian? Is it?”, he wrote.
The Standard has approached Phuc Dat Bich for comment. Reportedly someone has since explained to Phuc Dat Bich why people burst into laughter on seeing his name and also why the social media platform is also rather skeptical about the whole thing.
We just wanna say, “Worry not, we are with you Mr Bich” and next time someone gives you a hard time over your name.
