Former Liverpool player Steve Nicol has stated that Raheem Sterling deserves abuse from Liverpool fans when Manchester City play the Reds on Saturday evening.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Klopp confirmed Sturridge’s fitness as ‘not 100 per cent, ‘ but continued to explain that ‘as a striker sometimes five minutes [of training] are enough, so we have to see’.
A win today, Saturday, will give Manchester City 29 points and will likely keep them on top of the table.
