Top 10 Sleepers for Week 11
Jay Ajayi continues to look good in relief of Lamar Miller, who has rocketed into top fantasy RB status. Many will fear the unknown, but Osweiler is blessed with sneaky athleticism, a strong arm and better-than-advertised intermediate touch. When Edelman went down early on Sunday, Amendola stepped up to the tune of 10 catches and 80 yards.

Larry Fitzgerald – With both John Brown and Michael Floyd dealing with hamstring injuries, and the latter looking seriously questionable at best, you nearly have to lock in Fitzgerald for 10 to 13 targets on Sunday. Jordan Reed is a solid start, especially with Josh Norman likely to take DeSean Jackson out of the Redskins’ offense. (Some other reccos: Danny Woodhead, Demaryius Thomas). Charcandrick West gashed the Broncos last week, and Langford can do the same. The dude touched the ball twenty-seven times in Week 10. Somewhere under 250 passing yards and a touchdown is the norm to go with 20-50 rushing yards per game. Add in Newton’s rushing potential and you have a QB1 play.
Andy – I’m gonna pass on ANDY DALTON at $35, thanks.
Dalton – DEANDRE HOPKINS ($32).
Scott – I can’t remember the last time I ranked A.J. Having said that, Jones is going to be a popular waiver addition, so I feel the need to address him here. Keep you eye on Gilmore, I think he is the real deal.
Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (vs. DAL): I was high on Tannehill before the season, but he’s just been too inconsistent to trust. It has been a wild season so far in fantasy football and it should continue.
Brad – RANDALL COBB ($27). This can only bode well for Murray as he has 10 points or more in 3 of his last 4 games. A final tally around 5-55-0 is in my forecast. He caught three passes for 19 yards a TD against the Pats in Week 2 for just under 11 points.
Andy – Sure, I’ll take the OVER. Bryant had an outstanding game against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 with 178 receiving yards.
P.S. [Tony] Romo is back, and a must-start if you own him! I think he hits the ground running (throwing?). However, it is the last tough week worrying about finding replacements for your starters. In the end this could lead to the defense being on the field much longer than anyone will want.
Alshon Jeffery, WR, Chicago Bears: Jeffery had been money for owners in the Bears’ past three games, averaging 17.3 points.
Matt Ryan – Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde personified, Ryan has two football personalities and you never know which one you are going to get.
The Panthers have struggled against TEs lately, allowing at least 70 yards or a TD in each of the past five games. He finished with 96 total yards, but failed to get into the endzone.
Brad – OVER. Yes, he’s sloughed the past couple weeks, but game flow and increased dependence on Adrian Peterson explain the sudden drop-off.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Jets (23% Owned): Fitzpatrick took a step back last week, getting picked off twice vs. the Bills, but he should get right back on track this week when he faces a pathetic Texans defense. The Lions have given a few wide receivers big games this season and look for Crabtree to do the same this week. Mike is coming off of successive 100 + yard efforts. With the other Lions corners not coming close to Slay’s quality, we’d like to know which one wideout the young star may lineup across. Brock Osweiler ($5,000) will make his first career start and is an intriguing add in 2QB formats and deeper leagues because of his arm strength and the weapons at his disposal.

Zach Miller, TE, Bears: There’s a reason Miller is available in, let’s see, every fantasy league: He’s a bit player in a less-than-robust offense. He’s been productive in the past for Chip Kelly’s team, at least from a statistical perspective. And don’t forget to tune in to the Fantasy Football Hour this Sunday at 8 a.m. when Jimmy Hackett and I will discuss the trending Week 11 topics and crucial game day information. Maclin should be able to find a few more room to run this week against the San Diego Chargers. Dez Bryant averaged 15 fantasy points over this sample, fourth among NFL wideouts, while Jason Witten was fourth among tight ends over this span. The Dolphins cede the seventh-highest YPA (7.9) in the league. In reality, the Packers offense has simply looked different this year, likely due to Jordy Nelson’s absence.
