Further details of Madden’s arrest have not been released, but more information is expected Friday afternoon.

The autopsy revealed that Gabbi had been sexually assaulted multiple times and the cause of death was manual strangulation and drowning. The source also said he was sitting near the family the night of her disappearance.

Calling the charges “bogus”, Madden says he grew up in Scottsville, went to school with Brian Doolin and claims he was at the game where his daughter was cheering with Gabbi on November 14.

Authorities in Kentucky are looking into the death of a 7-year-old girl, whose body was discovered behind a high school Saturday night.

Kentucky State Police took Timothy Madden, 38, into custody on Friday for the death of Gabbi Doolin.

“I really couldn’t believe that how it happened here”, Gwen Davis, who works at Goad Funeral Home and handled Gabbi’s arrangements, said.

Eaton said the girl was playing during the game with other children. Her family mourned her in these photos taken two days after her death. The creek is in a wooded area behind Allen County-Scottsville High School. “I love yalls babies too, I wish this evil could be taking off this planet”.

“We know it’s not true, he’s not that kind of person”, said Madden. He was being held in jail on $1 million bond.
