Cavs rally past Knicks to win 8th
22 minutes later and 22 Carmelo Anthony points later, Cleveland is down by 7 points at the half, and down by 8 midway through the fourth. Anthony wanted to beat LeBron James more than he wanted to breathe.

The NY Knicks host the Cleveland Cavaliers in one of the most anticipated games on Friday, November 13 start time at 7:30 PM ET, at Madison Square Garden.
LeBron James registered season highs in points (37), rebounds (12) and blocks (three) Saturday night, but the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar wasn’t pleased with his team’s effort after falling behind early in a 108-105 double-overtime loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.
“As I get ready for my game I can’t help but to think of the tragedy in Paris!” My God what’s up with people. James posted on Twitter. And while the Knicks’ record might not be anything to brag about, it’s a step forward after last year’s 17-win season. Cleveland played stifling defense and did a few scoring in the 4th to edge the Knicks, in a game that was much closer than the scoreboard showed. Former Knicks G J.R. Smith made just 3 of 10 shots from the field, scoring eight points.
James finished with 31 points and Williams scored 20.
The Cleveland Cavaliers rank 15th in offensive rebounding, while the NY Knicks rank 16th in defensive rebounding.
George has 25 or more points in six straight games.
The Cavaliers rallied from an eleven point deficit in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The Cavaliers went scoreless over the final four minutes of the third.
Christian Wood scored 15 points and Nerlens Noel had 13 points and 11 rebounds for the 76ers, who lost their 19th in a row.
George scored at least 26 points for the sixth consecutive game, joining Billy Knight, Danny Granger and Reggie Miller as the only Pacers players to do so.
Anthony failed to score in the third quarter, missing all three shots. But with Derek Fisher getting quality minutes from Langston Galloway and Lou Amundson, the Knicks extended their lead to 72-66 entering the fourth.
Anthony missed a contested jumper and Cleveland had a chance to tie it but Matthew Dellavedova missed an open three. Anthony made two free throws, making it 76-71 with seven minutes remaining.
With the Knicks leading 82-78, Dellavedova found a cutting LeBron who had his shot blocked by Anthony. A win is a win though, and the Bucks will take a win over King James any way they can get it.
Anthony tried to prevent the lay-up but James scored as he was fouled. His game-tying bucket was a dunk after a drive down the lane with 16.5 seconds to go. That basket ignited the Knicks, who went on to outscore the Cavaliers 17-11.

SAN ANTONIO – LaMarcus Aldridge had 17 points and 19 rebounds as San Antonio prevailed against winless Philadelphia. Then, James buried a 12-foot jumper that put the Cavaliers in front, but it was point guard Mo Williams who clinched the victory with a go-ahead jumper and four free throws in the final 41 seconds. The Knicks then ran the inbounds pass they meant to run against Charlotte; a lob pass to Porzingis at the rim.
