RVP agent denies Fenerbahce agreement
Robin Van Persie’s agent has denied his client has agreed a deal with Fenerbahce. The Dutchman has, reportedly agreed personal terms with the club and is ready to sign a four-year deal.

He scored 48 goals in 76 Premier League appearances in his three seasons at Manchester United, but after winning the title in his first year, his productivity – and playing time – decreased each season thereafter.
The Gaurdian also reported that Van Persie’s ex- Dutch teammate, Dirk Kuyt, has been convincing the 31-year-old to make the switch to Fenerbahce.
Manchester United managed to finish the season in 4 place, which even though was better than 7 place the previous season, it is still far from the positions expected by the supporters who are used to seeing their beloved club crowned champions. With Radamel Falcao’s departure, and the recent sale of young Angelo Henriquez, it was widely believed that Van Persie would stay for the foreseeable future, as United have limited options in attack.
Louis van Gaal is chuffed to bits with Luke Shaw – for shedding half a stone during the summer, writes Steve Bates in the Sunday People.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Breakfast Show, Jackson said: “Robin van Persie is for sale”.
Due in part to injuries, Van Persie’s contribution has waned over the last two campaigns.
Callum Gribbin looks set to be the next Manchester United youngster handed the chance to impress Louis van Gaal after the 16-year-old trained with the first team. Turned out he fell out of favor rather quickly, finishing the season with just 10 goals in all competitions, clearly now looking washed up more than anything else.
If van Persie joins the winger in Istanbul, he will be the club’s seventh signing of the summer.
City accepted Uefa’s punishment in May 2014 after having breached the rules for accruing cumulative losses of £149.5 million in 2011-12 and 2012-13.

If Van Gaal is to bring trophies back to Old Trafford, he will likely have to spend big to do so.
