Kris Bryant, Carlos Correa justify hype with Rookie of the Year honors
He made the 2015 National League All-Star team and led all MLB rookies in several important categories, including 26 home runs (tied), 99 runs batted in (RBIs), 31 doubles and 87 runs scored.

Bryant received all 30 first-place votes for 150 points in balloting by the BBWAA.
Bryant won the award over fellow finalists Matt Duffy and Jung-Ho Kang of the San Francisco Giants and Pittsburgh Pirates respectively.
The young shortstop had a spectacular season hitting and fielding, helping lead the Astros to the playoffs and one-game from an upset of the eventual World Series champion Kansas City Royals. 279 and had the most home runs of any AL rookie with 22.
In the postseason, Bryant hit.176/.243/.441 in 37 plate appearances as the Cubs bowed out with a sweep at the hands of the Mets. Everyone that’s been a huge support system for me for this whole season.
