KitGuru Says: Apple isn’t new to making tablets at this point, so it is a little odd to see such a major issue affecting early iPad Pro buyers. But unlike “Bendgate” or ‘Chipgate, ‘ the issue that customers are running into with their iPad Pros isn’t entirely trivial. Multiple users have reported the same issue after their iPad Pro’s screen stopped responding every time the device was recharged.

Apple isn’t ignoring the problem and has issued a temporary fix on the support website – but it seems to just be turn it on and off again.
This concept of iPad Pro being the newest version of an iPad needed more publicity than other Apple devices in order to build its credibility for new product niches. It’s backed with a series of moving ticks that senses the applied pressure when users touch and drag the stylus tip across the iPad Pro’s screen. Apple added that it is aware of the issue and is now investigating the cause behind the widespread phenomenon.
Subsequently, the user complained, “At night it was down to 40% so I charged it and went to bed. When I woke up it was ‘dead.’ I couldn’t wake it up”, wrote one user, identified only as Darkfire. Of course, the luxury of being able to use your phone while it’s charging dates back well before modern-day smartphones, so such a “fix” is sure to leave affected Nexus 5X owners quite unhappy.
