The New Planet of the Apes Movie Wants You in It
It then continues showing director Matt Reeves and Andy Serkis introducing the contest. Along with the image, there was also a few teaser of a special announcement regarding the film. Better yet, for the truly devoted among you, he’s also opened up a contest for one lucky fan to be in the movie as a mo-cap character. But considering that they only started filming in late October, it’s a little early for that. The victor will be flown out to the set, get set up in a motion capture suit and will be part of a major battle in the film. Co-written by Reeves and Mark Bomback, the movie will be produced by Chernin Entertainment and Dylan Clark.

In the war between apes and humans, which side would you choose to fight on? So far, it has been two-for-two with the revived “Planet Of The Apes” franchise, with “Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes” and “Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes” both becoming successful blockbusters, with a surprising amount of depth. When you have a film series that spans decades, there are attributes you hold to while still trying to stand on your own, making it an interesting challenge to watch unfold.
This isn’t a trailer, but it still advertises War for the Planet of the Apes 20 months before its July 14, 2017 release.

Returning alongside Serkis is actress Judy Greer, while the remainder of the film’s cast list will be rounded out by Jason Clarke, Keri Russell, Kodi Smit-McPhee Steve Zahn, Karin Konoval, Gabriel Chavarria, Amiah Miller and Terry Notary.
