A fan managed to catch the interaction on Instagram, and shared the sweet clips of Bieber serenading Gomez with a rendition of his single, “Sorry”, as well as a cover of the Temptations classic “My Girl”.
In Elle’s October cover story, Gomez said that she will “forever support him and love him”, and didn’t totally shut out the possibility of their reuniting.
Bieber and Gomez dated on and off from 2011 before splitting in December 2014.
Earlier in the night, Bieber took home his eighth career AMA for Collaboration of the Year for “Where Are Ü Now,” which he shared with Skrillex and Diplo.
