Showrunner Scott M. Gimple appeared on Talking Dead Sunday night to offer his reasoning for the month-long cliffhanger. “It’s absolutely insane. People on the show have to sign non-disclosure agreements – in this case we literally said, ‘do you talk in your sleep?’ And if they said yes, we offered them a few duct tape”, she laughed. They arent rocking 80s beepers.
What do you hope happens in “Heads Up”? You have no idea. And I think it was important to do a story this year about uncertainty, and the audience would share that uncertainty that the characters had, like in episode 5.
We should’ve known that this episode was going to be the one that answered the Glenn question. Glenn seems very frustrated and anxious, but still devises a plan to get back into the town.
There are only two episodes left of “The Walking Dead” in 2015.
Yeun, who revealed that he is claustrophobic and spent about seven hours under the dumpster filming the scene, noted that Glenn’s survival stands for something.
Beloved character Glenn, played by Steven Yeun, appeared to die in the October 26 episode. After all, he was last seen being covered in tasty zombie seasonings, aka blood and gore, whilst surrounded on all sides by zombies.
Meanwhile, news of Glenn’s survival in episode 7 of “The Walking Dead” season 6 first surfaced last week, which teased that Yeun’s character took refuge under the dumpster and that Glenn made it to the outskirts of Alexandria.
However, Norman Reedus was quick to slam the theory, saying “I will say that voice is not Glenn”, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Good thing Enid had great timing and was there to save Glenn’s day.

“The Walking Dead” season 6 will be down to its midseason finale next week and fans can expect the action and suspense to go at full blast but the penultimate installment is no less than a must-watch. New episodes of The Talking Dead follow the original drama.
