We got a quick glimpse of Maz’s home base in the recent trailers, though we’re not entirely sure what brings Han, Finn and Rey to her humble abode.

Previously during an interview Fisher revealed the entire old cast is pretty sick by each other.

When asked about reuniting with Harrison Ford for “Force Awakens”, Fisher jokes and states that the two are pretty much exhausted of each other at this point, and that the biggest thing that the actress is interested about is how Ford has kept in such good shape over the years.

“I have lived long enough to see the same eyes in different people”, the voice says in the spot. However, Abrams did note that there is a “historic” atmosphere with having her around, particularly with Harrison Ford and when they share scenes together. J.J. Abrams was well aware of the disparity. Maybe someone from her past like say… But this could be a hard adjustment for a few of her friends.

“She’s referred to as General”, said Abrams.

Abrams then continues to explain that the stakes are high for General Leia and that there won’t be much room for humor when she is around.

Not easily. [Leia is] solitary. “Conferred as ever to her reason, yet I would envision feeling to a few degree vanquished, tired, and pissed”, she included. We were able to surmise a lot of things from those posters that have yet to be revealed, but one of our hunches has just been proven to be totally accurate: Princess Leia is no longer a princess.

For fans who aren’t also writing and directing the new film, the question remains: Will Leia be called general Solo, general Organa, or general Skywalker?

Fisher[‘s] response is simple and without sarcasm: “Never give up”.
