Bosnia mourns Srebrenica massacre victims
Vucic was immediately manhandled away from the cemetery.

As Vucic entered the cemetery to lay flowers, thousands booed and whistled.
He hoped the world had learnt its lessons 20 years after the genocide that left an estimated 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys killed.
Serbia’s prime minister has been chased from a Bosnian mass-burial ceremony amid the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide.
The view was echoed by the main Bosnian Muslim SDA party.
Investigators believe at least one more big grave eludes them, while the accused architects – Bosnian Serb wartime leader Radovan Karadzic and military commander Ratko Mladic – are still standing trial at the United Nations war crimes tribunal in The Hague, fiercely unrepentant.
The ex- ultra nationalist was hit on the face by a stone and his glasses were broken.
“Due to the moving of bodies to various mass graves and the way the graves were hidden, it is most probable that we will never find all the remains”, Sadik Selimovi, an investigator with the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina, told Al Jazeera.
In his statement, the president said that Turkey had exerted efforts to provide stability and trust in the Balkans especially in Bosnia-Herzegovina, adding that it would continue to do so.
On Saturday, they will be buried together, alongside 132 other victims at the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial Centre.
It said the attack on Vucic was an attack on all of Serbia and its policy of “regional peace and cooperation”. “And we must remember Srebrenica’s victims and all the victims of the war – not just today but every day”.
Vucic had been welcomed by Munira Subasic, head of the Association of Srebrenica Mothers who lost male relatives to the massacre.
Srebrenica Mayor Camil Durakovic condemned the attack, saying: “This is the work of sick minds who abused this solemn event”.
Tens of thousands of people came to the commemorations marking two decades since Europe’s worst massacre since the Holocaust.
Many in Serbia and the Srpska Republic – the Serb part of Bosnia – however still deny that the act was genocide and insist that there were fewer victims and that numerous men were killed in combat.
Bill Clinton, the USA president at the time, will be joined by Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and the Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic for Saturday’s ceremony. He said it was “far removed from the spirit I felt at this dignified and solemn commemoration“.
Clinton also attended the massacre’s 10th anniversary.
Starting on July 11, 1995, for three days, the ethnic Serb forces gunned down Muslim boys and men in and around Srebrenica.
A bottle, shoe, and stone-throwing crowd forced the Serb PM to flee the Srebrenica memorial in Bosnia on Saturday (11 July).
Twenty years ago, between 12,000 and 15,000 men, and several hundred women, children and the elderly fled Srebrenica.

She says conditions like these are not good for Bosnia’s citizens and people have started leaving the country. Back in Washington President Barack Obama referred to the massacre as “genocide” and said the United States would mourn the loss of the victims. The Serbs, who wanted to remain in the Serb-led Yugoslavia, fought against the secession of Bosnia and Croatia from the ex- federation.
