Cousins would also be picked off on the Redskins’ first drive of the game, as he looked for DeSean Jackson deep down the middle of the field but didn’t make an accurate throw. We are in the league too.

A University at Buffalo psychologist says comments by a member of the Washington Redskins that his team’s controversial nickname is influencing the officiating in favor of the opposition could be more than a matter of post-game frustration.

“We really like [Bashaud] Breeland and [Chris] Culliver”, Gruden said.

23 that the team is fighting against other teams and referees over their name. We’re players and we work our butt off, too.

The Eagles (4-5) played the fourth quarter without starting quarterback Sam Bradford, who was knocked out of the game with a left shoulder injury late in the third quarter with the Eagles leading 16-13. Gruden finds it “insane how good we’ve [Redskins] been and how bad we’ve been all in the same season”.
