Trump Talks Race And Crime!

On Saturday, an Alabama man identified by multiple news outlets as Mercutio Southall Jr., was reportedly punched, tackled and kicked Saturday during a Trump rally in Birmingham, Alabama.

Donald Trump on Monday defended his retweet of fake, racially charged crime numbers from a non-existent agency, dismissing the move’s importance.

“It was on television”.

“The guy is a professional agitator”, Cohen said. The group, called Trump Card LLC, is headed by former RNC employee Liz Mair. Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop said Trump “has memory issues or willfully distorts the truth, either of which should be concerning for the Republican Party”.

Trump, meanwhile, showed disgust Saturday not only with the antics of protesters who come to steal the spotlight, but the media that lets them get away with it.

“That is patently false”.

Southall described his injuries as extensive and even described being choked on the ground during the altercation.

Trump has recently received sharp criticism for comments regarding the potential mass documentation of Muslims into databases and the surveillance of mosques.

During one event in Richmond, Virginia, a Trump supporter spit on a Latino protester, and one woman threw a punch.

“[Then] they said, ‘Go home, n–, and somebody punched me”, Southall told AL.com.

Avery Jackson, a Morehouse College student and a protester with the Atlanta-based #AUCShutItDown, which disrupted a Hillary Clinton event at Clark Atlanta University last month, said the people who engage in disruption and similar tactics “are not disposable” and the Trump incident was evidence that those who engage in protest are putting themselves at risk. Southall likened the incident as to being “swarmed” as he faced a “lynch mob”.

On Fox & Friends this morning, Donald Trump addressed the beating involving the protestor and his supporters, suggesting that the man deserved to be assaulted.

“This was a very obnoxious guy, who was a troublemaker who was looking to make trouble”, Trump said.

According to Huffington Post, the statistics, which are credited to the Crime Statistics Bureau in San Francisco, have not yet been released for 2015, and were wildly inaccurate compared to 2014’s statistics. In 2014, about 90 percent of black homicides were committed by blacks.

The Justice Department maintains a Bureau of Justice Statistics, though its figures don’t match those Trump retweeted. It also claims 81 percent of whites who are killed are killed by blacks, which is pure race-baiting at its most ignorant.

This comes as the latest of Trump's incendiary remarks toward minority groups
