“Dancing With the Stars” will finally end tonight, November 24, where the Mirror Ball trophy victor will be announced after a two-hour special on ABC. Bindi thanked everyone for “changing her life” as she was being lifted above a crowd of well-wishers. Carter was gracious in the face of defeat, telling the judges that “Bindi deserved this, she kicked butt”.

The cheers were cacophonous and the emotions were raw as the judges gave their glowing, tearful feedback, and it was clear that Derek and Bindi were going to be getting 10s across the board.

“Obviously she has had to overcome great adversity with her father’s death, but she has shown her incredible tenacity and talent with her contribution to Australia Zoo and its development, and now in the totally new field of competitive dancing”.

And the victor of season 21 of “Dancing With The Stars” is…Bindi Irwin! This was the best finish for his dance partner Sharna Burgess in her sixth season with the show.

Bindi Irwin was left in floods of tears after an emotional dance in tribute to dad Steve Irwin. “But to have Derek there to say, “It’s okay, I am there for you” was something that I was so grateful for”, Irwin said in the pre-dance package.

Their first dance of the night on November 23 was the Quickstep, the most physically demanding dance because of the fast pace.

Irwin is the youngest contestant ever to win “Dancing” since the show began in 2005 and was the frontrunner since the first few weeks to take home the crown and looked unstoppable all season. Bindi revealed this about her time on the show.

More flawless dances by the Australian teenager secured her victory, as Carter came in second and Skarlatos a popular third pick.

“This has been the craziest ride of my life, and I’ve just had so much fun, met so many nice people and I’m just to grateful for the experience and the opportunity”, he said, standing next to Lindsay Arnold, his pro partner. “I love coming to visit, because my mum’s family is from OR”, she shares.
