Arsenal’s injury woes continue to mount and are showing no signs of improving after Mikel Arteta and Francis Coquelin suffered injuries during the Gunners’ 2-1 loss at the hands of West Bromwich Albion on Saturday (21 November).

Wenger refused to blame Cazorla for his missed penalty, which came amid confusion, as it seemed referee Mark Clattenburg had ordered a retake for encroachment.

“I think we still have a strong chance but it will be very tight now. It was a severe disappointment but we cannot change it. The only thing we can do now is bounce back on Tuesday night”.
