Chris Rock: Mystery 7-Year-Old Lived with Family on Pleasure Visa

Speaking to TMZ, a rep for Rock said the star “does not have an adopted child”. Since there was no legal adoption, South African officials have opened an investigation into why Ntombi has been in the US for so long and even enrolled in a New Jersey school. It appears as though there was never an adoption, but it’s unknown why her birth parents would let her live with the Rock family for years.

Chris Rock has not seen the 7-year-old girl who lived with him since she was an infant in more than a year… and we’re told it’s because he believes his estranged wife Malaak did something shady to get her here in the first place.

They add that when Chris and Malaak began divorce proceedings, Chris maintained contact with his two biological daughters, 12-year-old Lola and 10-year-old Zahra, but not Ntombi.

Ntombi was able to enter the USA on a B2 “visitor for pleasure” visa.

Apparently, Malaak brought her “foster” daughter to South Africa every year and even reconnected the tiny tot with her biological family – which includes parents, a brother, and a sister. This paperwork allowed the child to come to the States for up to a year and then return to her home country to redo paperwork before coming back. And we’re not sure why this information is being revealed at this time, but we’ll keep you posted. And I’ve never been with my kids and gone, “Man, I wish I was on my stage right now”.

The split, announce via a statement from both parties in December 2014, had been in the works for months with Rock reportedly deciding to officially end the marriage.

However, everything changed a year ago when Chris and Malaak launched divorce proceedings.
