Partly cloudy and warmer for Thanksgiving

Rain originally forecast for Thursday night is now expected to arrive Friday, with the brunt of the wet stuff arriving after 4 p.m. Chance of showers late. Winds will be a little stronger, out of the southeast around 10 miles per hour. Highs will only top out in the upper 30s to low 40s yet again.
