Wenger: I believe we can reach the Champions League knockout stages
Alexis Sanchez scored twice and Mesut Ozil headed the other goal as never-say-die Arsenal beat Dinamo Zagreb 3-0 on Tuesday and kept alive their hopes of reaching the Champions League last 16 for a 16th straight season.

Presumably about to ask the Frenchman about his transfer plans, a reporter said to Wenger after Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb: “I know you don’t like to spend money…”
Alexis Sanchez celebrates with Hector Bellerin after scoring the third goal in a 3-0 Champions League win on Tuesday at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech has said the Gunners are ready for a “grand finale” at Olympiakos, where a win by two goals would secure a place in the knockout stages of the Champions League.
Dinamo manager Zoran Mamic admitted his side had been out-classed and he backed Arsenal to get the result they need in Greece. It might not be enough but what I mean is that, if we lead 1-0, they will be in the situation where they can lose it and we will be in the situation where we can win it.
“It’s not my problem, it’s their problem, but the reality is that first of all they can qualify, and secondly if they go into the Europa League then they become favourites to win”.
“Sometimes we went to Olympiacos already qualified”, Wenger said.
“What we wanted was to come out of the game tonight with a chance to qualify and we needed to do the job and Bayern needed to do the job”.
It’s a relief for Wenger, who had to confirm that Francis Coquelin will be out for at least two months a knee injury following the game against Westbrom, as reported by the website.
“You can not say that they had a doped player but the result stands”.
“He (Sanchez) is just a very important player”.
“I believe he had an outstanding first half”, Wenger said. I believe the speed of our movement and passing gave Zagreb a problem.
“Now it’s down to how well we do against Olympiakos”. “I’ve never seen him in the box so many times as in the last five or six games”.
Sluggish Arsenal took three minutes to cross the halfway line and Alexis’s miscued attempt to turn in a low Joel Campbell cross was their only threat before Ozil struck.

“We have a good chance”, he added.
