A public memorial is planned for the 5-year-old grandson of former MI football coach Lloyd Carr.
“He was so full of life and love”, MI football coach Jim Harbaugh said on his radio show.
“We were able to shoot a feature story with ESPN (three) days before our little Chad left us for his forever home in heaven”, she wrote. His parents, Jason and Tammi, chose early in their battle to share Chad’s story with the public, hoping for prayers and later, helping fight the disease, a cause they will continue.
However, the family is asking that no cameras be present during the open visitation.

Donations can be made to the Chad Tough Foundation, which helps support research for pediatric cancer.
