Byron Scott says they just have to get Kobe Bryant better looks

What’s sadder is that a few of those missed shots didn’t hit anything.

Curry said the Warriors have done well in staying in the moment and that the great teams are the ones that can focus on each individual game. It wouldn’t have made a damn difference.

The team has topped 100 points just once in its last nine games, and has shot worse than 38 percent in back-to-back contests.

“I’m not really anxious about it”, Bryant said. His scoring has dipped as well at only 15.2 points, which is his lowest since his rookie season.

Despite being 33 years of age and having suffered a number of injuries during his 13 years of service in the National Basketball Association, the Miami Heat shooting guard is still playing at a high level.

The win against the Lakers came in as highly expected for a Golden State team that looked like no one can beat since winning the championship last season.

Making matters worse: The 17-time All-Star is stuck in the past, a notion which has been perpetuated by the fact that Bryant is surrounded by yes-men, starting with his head coach and former teammate Byron Scott.

“Obviously he’s struggling a little right now with his shot”, he said, “and I think everybody can see that, so it’s trying to get him in better positions to be able to have the opportunity to knock those shots down on a consistent basis, that’s No. 1”.

Scott concluded, “I know (Bryant’s) mentality is that he still feels that he can still play in this league, and we feel the same way”. It’s just taking him 16.4 shots per game to get there. He added, “At that particular time we’re down 30 [points]”, Scott said.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith announced on Twitter that Kobe should not wait until the season ends.

Aside from Bryant, the current roster of the Los Angeles Lakers include Nick Young, Metta World Peace, Louis Williams, Robert Sacre, D’Angelo Russell, Julius Randle, Larry Nance Jr., Ryan Kelly, Marcelo Huertas, Roy Hibbert, Jordan Clarkson, Anthony Brown, Tarik Black and Brandon Bass. The Lakers are sitting at a woeful 2-12 at the bottom of the conference and Kobe can not do anything about it.

Earlier in November however he hinted he was leaning towards quitting, revealing that he had no intention to seek one last payday with another franchise.

How do you coach a player that has played 20 seasons? “It’s just not worth it anymore.” .

The Los Angeles Times anonymously interviewed a bunch of people connected to the league and the feedback that they got on Bryant was unsurprisingly critical of Kobe’s game. “And they have precipitated, expedited the process of Kobe’s demise because of what they have surrounded him with and what they have failed to surround him with”.
