On Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, it happened again while The First Family was enjoying their Thanksgiving meal.

According to FOX News, Caputo wound up on a plot of land referred to as “Pebble Beach” at around 2:45 p.m. Thursday. A year ago, Secret Service officials proposed making the fence taller than its current 7-foot, 6-inch height.
The Washington Post cited a witness who took photos of the incident showing a United States flag-draped man vaulting the fence and landing on the other side, arms outstretched.
Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton, a Democrat who represents D.C.in Congress, released a statement on Friday expressing dismay with the fact that Caputo was able to scale the fence and calling for a meeting with the Secret Service to discuss “quick corrective action”.
One woman was arrested in July in a similar incident, and another person was arrested in April.
A 22-year-old CT man accused of scaling the White House fence while President Barack Obama celebrated Thanksgiving with his family has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. “It was chaotic. Everyone around us was yelling and kids were crying”.

She said he then lay on the grass awaiting security personnel and guard dogs. The White House was placed on lockdown as a result, and the north and south fence lines have been temporarily closed as a result of the incident. But the Secret Service may now redouble its efforts to make the White House perimeter more secure.
