Stars, director of final ‘Hunger Games’ film unveil trailer

Lead actors Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence were whisked into the theatre around 3:30 p.m.so they could tape their appearance on Conan O’Brien’s TBS talk show, which is broadcasting from Spreckels Theatre through Sunday, during San Diego Comic-Con global 2015 (SDCC).

Movie studio Lionsgate has greatly presented “The Hunger Games” franchise at San Diego’s Comic-Con over the past four years, generating buzz among the tens of thousands of film, TV and pop culture fans who attend the convention. Since the story mapped out in Suzanne Collins novels comes to an end with Mockingjay, I dont think that a sequel is credible.

“These movies changed my life”, she said of the multi-billion dollar franchise.

Josh Hutcherson thought he was going to be attacked by a swarm of 12-year-old Hunger Games fans after they broke through a barricade.

O’Brien inquired about other possible “Games” movies during the show. “We’re nothing alike. She’s courageous, and I’m an actress”.

She and her co-stars said filming the last instalment of the four-part franchise was emotional. (After all, she has a history of openly discussing her love for food.) “I did say that I was hungry”, she told us. After the rousing intro, director Francis Lawrence unveiled the fiery and action-packed trailer of “Mockingjay Part 2”.

While fans have been eagerly waiting for the full-length “Mockingjay Part 2” trailer for months, the film has only released the “Mockingjay Part 2” teaser trailer, true to the film’s marketing form.

She added, “It got to a certain point where I was like, “F- you, you don’t have to cuss, just because you hear it I hear s- all the time””.

The cast was asked if they can whistle the theme of the movie.
