Vardy’s 13 goals this season have taken Leicester to the top of the table, a point ahead of United before the two meet at the King Power Stadium on Saturday evening. Earning 10 points from losing positions (more than any other side), they refuse to accept when they are beaten.

But what can Manchester United do to keep Leicester’s hitman quiet? By contrast, United have scored only 19 goals, at times going on considerable goalless runs in all competitions.

Even with world class players like Juan Mata, Memphis Depay, Anthony Martial, and Wayne Rooney, Manchester United have struggled in front of goal.
After recording another convincing win against Newcastle in their last fixture, they will head into this fixture confident of scoring.

But those games will be like genteel tea parties compared to the hostile welcome awaiting them for Sunday’s derby kick-off against in-form Spurs at White Hart Lane, especially as Chelsea could be without captain John Terry who injured an ankle in Israel and is a major doubt.
