Even on Black Friday, shopping small may just be the way to go.

Now that the after Thanksgiving sales and “Black Friday” sales are over, shoppers can look forward to “Small Business Saturday” here in IL. There are 27.9 million small businesses in the United States employing 55-percent of the working population.
