Heat advisory in effect for parts of Minnesota
It’s also going to be very hot and humid with highs in the mid-90’s.

Its heat index for New Ulm and Mankato predicts that temperatures could feel like 108 degrees, and 105 in the metro area, though it admits that in reality it will likely be closer to 100.
The National Weather Service issued the warning for most of the metro area and much of southwest and central Minnesota. Caution is urged if you plan to be outside for a prolonged period of time. When possible…reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or evening.
