Ex-Jets linebacker Quinton Coples claimed off waivers by Mike Tannenbaum’s

“I see a guy who has looked better every day, looked a little more comfortable with what we’re trying to do”, Campbell said. “He got a few snaps and it’s still day-to-day for him but, I was encouraged”. Coples has eight combined tackles this season and a fumble recovery.

Hewitt, an undrafted rookie from Marshall, contributed six tackles and pulled down an interception in his first start.
