Tamasha film was released yesterday i.e on 27th November 2015. Although, people enjoyed the vivid natural scenes of Shimla and island of Corsica, where the film was picturised.

In fact Imtiaz Ali’s last foray with Ranbir [Rockstar – 10.6 crore] and Deepika [Love Aaj Kal – 8.25 crore] had opened less. But it seems that every effort the team Tamasha hasn’t worked for them.
Tamasha is directed by Imtiaz Ali and it mainly stars, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.
With no big release alongside, “Tamasha” is expected to witness growth over the weekend due to the buzz around the movie. Deepika has been stunning all over and she performed so hard for the character she has been assigned. The movie is set to become the biggest opener for actor Ranbir Kapoor after his consequent flops of his earlier movies “Roy”,”Bombay Velvet “,”Besharam”. It minted Rs.10.87 crore on it’s opening day. Also, a niche Highway, which had brought together Imtiaz Ali and Sajid Nadiadwala for the first time, had a moderate opening of 3.42 crore.
Trade analyst Traran Adarsh took to Twitter to tweet about the box-office collection of the movie. The movie is about Dev who thinks and behaves according to his heart.
