Graham has a knee injury

Larry Stone: In a wild game filled with multiple twists and turns, the essential points are 1) Five touchdown passes by Russell WIlson; 2) Four interceptions by the Seahawks; and, especially, 3) the Seahawks didn’t wilt in a must-win game against a quality opponent.

Visiting Seattle for the first time in his career, Roethlisberger ignored the noise of the “12th Man” and put together the best passing performance ever against the Seahawks.

Fourth quarter: Richard Sherman picks off Roethlisberger.

Fourth quarter, 12:17 left: Jermaine Kearse catches another touchdown pass, this time from nine yards out.

There will be a lot of talk about the insanely failed trick play and decision to kick a field goal down by 5 with 3:00 left in the game but the reality is that two atrocious turnovers that led to Seattle touchdowns was the difference in this game. Brown has been near unstoppable when playing with Roethlisberger this season and Larry Fitzgerald and the Cardinals already showed kinks in the Seahawks secondary’s armor.

Roethlisberger completed 36 of 55 passes, but was in the locker room for Pittsburgh’s last-ditch effort after Seattle had taken a 39-30 lead. Houston was having another dominant season for the Chiefs and had recorded 7.5 sacks in 10 games this season. “It can’t get any more fun”, Wilson said. Roethlisberger was intercepted by defensive lineman Ahtyba Rubin in the third quarter when Pittsburgh had a 21-14 lead and a chance to pull away.

On the first play of the second quarter, the Steelers lined up for field goal attempt from Chris Boswell.

After coming over in a trade from the New Orleans Saints, Graham has had a relatively quiet season by his standards – with only two touchdowns and one game with more than 83 yards receiving. His right leg was placed in an air cast and he was carted off the field with what is likely a season-ending injury. Nope. Hopefully they’re somewhere comfortable while watching their backups – the Seahawks’ Thomas Rawls and the Steelers’ DeAngelo Williams – on Sunday.

Seattle (5-5) has lost Marshawn Lynch for the remainder of the season and that means opposing defenses will start to cue in on the pass more and send more blitzes into Russell Wilson’s face.
