Some people have demanded the video be taken down and a petition has been started calling for YouTube to deactivate Sam Pepper’s channel. He then screams in despair as Pepper pretends to shoot Colby in the head.
The YouTuber and former Big Brother contestant Sam Pepper has received furious backlash over a “prank” where a man is led to believe his friend was murdered in front of him.
In 2014, there was outrage after he used a prosthetic hand to pinch women’s bottoms on the streets of Los Angeles.
Shortly after Golbachh burtsts into tears, Sam and Colby reveal that the entire thing was a prank.
Newsbeat has contacted Sam Pepper for a response.
The prankster’s new video “KILLING BEST FRIEND PRANK” is as absolutely disgusting as it sounds.
“Please do us all a favor and remove sam pepper from the YouTube community (if thats possible)”, said one user.
“After thinking through it all and spending the next few days with both Colby and Sam I’m honestly not mad”.

The video has attracted a barrage of criticism since appearing online, with Pepper being the number one trending topic on Twitter in the United Kingdom last night, and prank victim Sam feeling as though he had to defend the actions of his two deplorable buddies, writing: “If anything this made Colby and I’s friendship much stronger because it showed me how much we actually care for one another… either way I hope you can see the message behind this video. Now we can really say that”.
