The latest update to the iOS 9 beta has introduced initial support for the new system, but most users, including those running the beta, will need to wait until later this year to gain access to it. And even after you’ve attempted to fix the issue, there are times when you simply have to live with an app not working or a feature you used to rely on crashing your device. Cupertino is recommending users upload a backup of their iOS devices prior to installing.

The second change will be the introduction of a few updates to the the self-dubbed “revolutionary” Apple Music streaming service.

To download the iOS 9 Beta version, one only needs to go to beta.apple.com and installl it, after Apple’s sign up process. Like the El Capitan public beta, it will likely contain several bugs and should only be installed on a test device. The beta version of the testing software is going to be available for download free of charge; however, there is a catch to the situation.

From here you can remove any device from your iCloud account, which will prevent them from receiving any more login verification codes. The update is marked as build 13A4293f and is available through Apple’s over-the-air updating system on iOS devices but also on the Apple Developer Center.

The iOS X will feature a revamped News app and a beefed up Siri who will now deliver “deep linking”, which allow your iPhone to deliver you smarter, context-based information from across multiple apps.

Next you must access the beta page using the device you want to run the beta on. The Sydney Morning Herald said that users can sign up at Apple’s beta website to be able to grab the software using iTunes and experience it first hand. In case you get a call from an unknown number, it will search phone numbers in your emails and try to identify the caller. But the most welcome enhancement is a change to the Spaces bar, which now lets you take an app out of full screen mode or two apps out of Split View. You can see the progress of the download in the Purchases section of the App Store app. Warning: It’s 6 gigs!
