OnePlus 2’s iPhone 6s and 6 case amounts to nothing more than a clever, albeit shallow marketing tactic.

OnePlus has been pushing for cheaper devices that can still compete with the more expensive flagship devices since it launched the OnePlus One.
The OnePlus Sandstone case is designed for the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6S, the case c is created to protect your iPhone and the back of the case features the company’s Sandstone finish which is created to make it easier to grip.
The case is stamped with OnePlus branding, and offers customers “that “Never Settle” feel”, apparently.
While the case does look nice, it’s worth noting that it will be available in a limited number of quantities.
Each invite gives you an opportunity to purchase the new, mid-range OnePlus X.
The OnePlus iPhone 6 case costs £15.99 or $20 in the USA and gets you an invite to buy a OnePlus X, which costs £199.99, which isn’t bad considering the phone sports a fairly large 5-inch 1080p display and some fairly capable internal specifications. A guaranteed way of being able to buy a OnePlus device may be all that your friend needs to jump ship, thus rendering your actual present redundant. OnePlus says that you could get this case for you, if you have an iPhone 6 or 6s, or as a gift for a friend who owns an iPhone (mind you, the case isn’t compatible with the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6s Plus).

Some will, sure, but it does feel rather like OnePlus is now selling invites (which happen to be attached to a phone case) – which isn’t so cool.
