Time Warner Cable customers in the midwest suffered a major outage overnight that the company now says has been resolved. Affected customers include Green Bay and Milwaukee.

About 67% of people are reporting no internet; 17% reporting a total blackout, and 15% reporting problems with their TVs.
According to DownDetector.com, the problem is impacting customers from Los Angeles to NY, but most of the impact has been in the Midwest. “We are still working to determine the root cause of the problem”.
Time Warner Cable has been having problems since 4:30 Monday afternoon.
The outages started just before 8 p.m. and lasted about two hours.

The companies help desk responded directly to customers on social media including Facebook and Twitter.
