To keep your chainsaws spinning until launch, The Coalition has released a dev diary as well as an announcement of a console bundle. It sounds like they want players to be shocked and surprised with the numerous enemy types that will be in the new game.
“Gears of War: Ultimate Edition” aims to offer the experience of the original game from the franchise and combine it with the current-generation graphics of the present. The title, which will also be released for the PC will be running in 4K resolution with DX12 support. The game will come with some new features not found in the original release such as five unreleased chapters of the campaign, enhanced graphics and more. All of the game’s cut-scenes have been remade due to upgrades in computer animation and motion capture technology too. It will be in stores for pickup on August 25th.
